We are growing our Probate & Trust Administration practice to serve families during times that matter most, and we’re looking for an experienced paralegal to join our team. As a member of our team you’ll play a vital role in ensuring each client’s experience is thoughtful, clear, and handled with care from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
- Manage probate and trust administration matters, including filings, inventories, and client communications
- Coordinate with registers of deeds, title companies, financial institutions, and other outside professionals
- Maintain organized client files and track deadlines and deliverables
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and their advisors
- Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and deeds
- Support attorneys with preparation, communication, and project flow
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in probate and trust administration
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and familiarity with platforms such as Clio, WealthCounsel, or HotDocs
- Empathy and discretion in supporting families in sensitive situations
- Self-direction with a collaborative mindset
